Caitlin is a seasoned communicator, creative producer, and story crafter with a decade of professional experience across the aid, humanitarian, art, public, and community sectors. Before joining PSC, Caitlin was a strategic communications consultant, leading productions for federal government agencies and social enterprises.

Previously, Caitlin led digital communications for the International Committee of the Red Cross’ Regional Delegation in the Pacific, simultaneously managing the ICRC’s global Twitter part-time. She was the ICRC’s lead digital producer for the ICRC x VICE Creators Summit: Climate Uprise and led humanitarian storytelling and communications workshops for young Pacific humanitarian leaders and Red Cross staff throughout the Pacific. Her multifaceted career includes working as a multimedia producer for Mercy Corps and the American Institutes of Research in Tajikistan—a rostered United Nations photographer and a visual jockey at arts and music festivals in Australia.

Caitlin’s written, photographic, and video work was exhibited at the Head On Photography Festival and published in media outlets across Australia and the Pacific. She received the National Film and Sound Archive Professional Mentorship Award and the Photo Access Exhibition Award upon graduating with a Bachelor of Visual Arts from the Australian National University.
