Professor Helen Sullivan

Professor Helen Sullivan is the Dean of the ANU College of Asia and the Pacific (CAP). She is an expert in how societies are governed with a specific focus on collaborative governance, citizen participation in decision making, public policy reform, and urban governance.

Helen’s current research projects include collaborative governance in cities under austerity and investigating the social licence to operate of an emerging coal seam gas industry. Her most recent book was Hybrid Governance in European Cities: Neighbourhood, Migration and Democracy.
