Stephanie Copus Campbell AM

Advisory Board Member

Stephanie Copus Campbell AM has more than 30 years’ experience in senior leadership, diplomacy, governance and international development.

Having lived in Papua New Guinea and Fiji, and with extensive experience working across the wider Pacific, she has partnered with Pacific governments, regional organisations, civil society, the private sector and development partners to strengthen governance, health systems, gender equality and institutional capability.

As Australia’s Ambassador for Gender Equality, she led Australia’s international engagement on gender equality, Women, Peace and Security, and inclusive development across the Indo-Pacific.

She is Chair of City Pharmacy Limited, Papua New Guinea’s largest integrated healthcare and retail company, Chair of the CPL Foundation, and a founding Director of Femili PNG, a leading organisation supporting survivors of family and sexual violence. Throughout her career, she has focused on building trusted partnerships and strengthening the institutions that underpin human security, resilient communities and sustainable development across the Blue Pacific.
